Snowflakes

These are pictures of snowflakes my husband took yesterday on the railing of the back door at 5:30am on his way to work.

It amazes me how a snowflake forms and then travels so far to the earth intact. They are little masterpieces that God created and are gone in an instant with a whisper of breath. They are so hard to capture in a photograph. Intricate, unique and so very fragile.
